Next-generation lipid nanoparticles

A frontier biotechnology company developing a differentiated approach to particle design.

Why this matters

RNA medicines are advancing.
Delivery systems have not kept pace.

Lipid nanoparticles are the leading non-viral delivery system for RNA and DNA medicines. Yet the field still depends on particles that are difficult to control, hard to tune, and often discovered through extensive empirical screening.

BIZON Labs is built around a simple belief: the next generation of LNPs should be designed more intentionally from the beginning.

The name BIZON is a nod to bison, which are known for turning into a storm and moving through it rather than away from it. We take the same posture in science: walking directly toward hard delivery challenges with focus, patience, and conviction.

The belief

Particles should not only be screened into existence. They should be built around the properties we want them to have.

The build

From process to particle architecture.

Our work sits at the interface of formulation, process development, and delivery biology.

The platform

A differentiated way to build particles.

Rather than treating formulation as an empirical search problem, BIZON is developing a framework for designing particles around the properties we want them to have. Our work connects process development, particle architecture, and biological performance.
